Exclusive Barometric Oil-less (BOL) Bearing for Long Lifespan and Silent Operation
CHOPPER ADVANCE is equipped with the patented BOL (Barometric Oil-less) Bearing, designed for a long lifetime of 160,000 hours (MTBF). To achieve such superb performance, LEPA applies a self-lubricating sleeve made from a high-tech nano material as well as a magnet which connects the rotor with the base. In so doing, the contact area is minimized and so are the annoying rattling or gridding noises.
